This sweet little guy loves Thomas the train. Luckily he also loved being swung in the air by his dad and helping play the guitar. I’m glad someone else was around to sing. My singing could scare away dogs! His dad on the other hand had a great voice and it easily captured everyone’s attention. As you can see this mom is pregnant. With twins no less! They didn’t want the typical belly photos. So what they got was a family photo shoot where the mom happened to be pregnant. Here are just a few photos that we captured.

This is my second time photographing Dawn and it still amazes me how natural she is in front of the camera. She is one of the most beautiful pregnant women that I have ever seen. She is definitely glowing! I was so excited to download these photos because I knew that we had captured some beautiful and unique photos. Dawn, I hope that you see what I do and love the different looks that we created.

Vacation on the Big Island

The last few weeks I have been enjoying the sand and surf on the Big Island of Hawaii. Instead of the ski pictures that I promised to post, I thought beach photos would be more fun, especially after the long Calgary winter! I love seeing my boys enjoy the simple things in life, jumping in the waves, boogie boarding, having a water gun fight, digging in the sand. I could stay here all winter long, but then none of the homework would get done. Hmmm, there is a tempting thought!

My youngest, he looks so grown up.

Elly, doesn’t she look beautiful. So natural and elegant, who would know she was on an adventure to see some eels.

At 15 months these two are so much fun. They are always running, smiling and exploring. Did I say running? I have always been amazed by their mom, she looks fabulous, so slim even just months after these two were born. Now I know why, she is busy running after these two all day long! Here’s to you Tania, and your beautiful kids.

I love this photo. There is nothing like the expression of pure joy!

This couple made a lot of effort to have these photos taken. 3 different wardrobe changes and a drive from Edmonton. We enjoyed the weather, talk of Africa and capturing many beautiful images of their strong connection.

Can’t wait to capture the lions, elephants and especially the zebras. Love those stripes! The only bad thing about this trip is that I won’t have e-mail access. 16 days without my lifeline!
